Treina Alexander is a life entrepreneur, long time Oakland resident, Goddess and Caretaker of YogaLove, Oakland.

Treina's maternal Grandmother Nelva, was a highly skilled seamstress, quilter and crocheter.  Her hands were busy and blessed holding crochet hooks, seated at her quilting frame and in front of a sewing machine.  Treina was inspired to pick up yarn and hook in 2008.

Crochet is a seated meditation for Treina.  Each handcrafted piece is hooked with love.
